Undercrown Playtest

Cursed to battle in the shattered remnants of a forgotten kingdom, the factions of Brawnholm wage an endless tournament for the cruel amusement of their undead queen. You take on the role of a Combatant—one of her chosen fighters—hailing from a war-born faction and wielding a personalized fighting style shaped by powerful stances. Each stance comes with its own tactical abilities and devastating finisher, letting you tailor your approach to every duel.

Undercrown is a competitive, turn-based tabletop skirmish game of sharp tactics and brutal choices. Battles unfold on a 6x6 to 8x8 hex-grid, where Combatants stand atop hex-shaped stance bases that change over the course of the match. When a stance is struck, its exposed side triggers a unique effect—allowing defenders to turn pain into power and keep the fight on their terms. Swap stances after landing finishers, outmaneuver your rivals, and try to gain the Queen's ever fleeting favor.
